Refund policy
Returns.
For items eligible for return, once your items are delivered, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to ship them back to us for a full refund. Returns shipped after the first 7 days will be eligible for store credit (store credits never expire). After 30 days, all sales are FINAL and returns will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact us immediately!
We will provide a return shipping label (at no cost to you) via email for any orders that were fulfilled incorrectly. However, we do not otherwise reimburse shipping or return fees.
Return instructions. To start a return, please contact us at the email address provided in your order confirmation email. All returns must include a tracking number (USPS, UPS, FedEx), Please provide us with the tracking number for your return. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return/credit.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return questions at the email address we provided in your order confirmation email.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Specifically as of June 1, 2021, we are not accepting returns for our "Lifestyle" products, including the Hand Sanitizer Holder for Car, Cup Holder/Organizer for Couch/Chair Arms, LED Ring Light, and the Car Storage Net/Bag Holder. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We reserve the right to refuse a return of any product, at our exclusive discretion, in consideration of any and all safety and risk management issues related to Covid-19. Your safety is our priority.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Therefore, at this time we do not accept exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
